This course is aimed at internal staff, external staff, and any other visitors.

Training methodology:
This is a self-directed e-learning programme. It requires internet access through PC, tablet or laptop and audio devices.
Assessment:
There is a short assessment at the end which awards a Certificate of Training when successfully completed.
Accreditation/Certification:
Upon successful completion, a LANTRA certificate of training will be available to download and print.
