Working from home can be a challenge for the remote workers and their employers/managers alike. Our work environment is changing, creating a lot of unknowns for companies and employees.
So how can remote work be organized and standardized to minimize these unknowns and bring transparency and fairness to all?
This one-day course will enable the participants to get familiar with these new working trends.
Who is the course intended for?
This course is targeted at managers, supervisors, team leaders and all employees who want to develop awareness of common issues and better managerial skills in their dealing with employees/colleagues working from home.
Duration:
1 Day
Training methodology:
A participative and interactive training approach will be followed throughout the programme. In tandem with a number of exercises (both individual and in groups), participants will be encouraged to discuss topics and share their own experiences.
Assessment:
The programme will be evaluated informally throughout the day and by a formal questionnaire at the end of the day.
Accreditation/Certification:
The successful participants will be awarded with Amber Safety Certificate of Completion.
